No mean feat when you consider how varied the 4twenty2 client base is and encompassing so many languages and cultures.

If you’ve got a headache, she is the champion that will relieve you of it and tailor your programme specifically to your needs. As Head of Operations, there is not one iota of the business that she’s not experienced with, having been a key member of our 4twenty2 team for the past five years.
Andrea is our bubble of positive energy, focused on making sure the world knows what we do. She’s constantly challenging us to be as fresh as we want our clients to be and keeps our ‘behind the scenes’ up-to-date to ensure that our programmes are speaking to each market in a current manner.
Then there is the delivery team. A wonderful bunch of facilitators all recruited for a combination of their experience and attitude. There is a common DNA that runs through them all; experience of doing what they are training, a passion for what they do and a desire to constantly learn and improve.
